ABOUT KERRY E. ROSENTHAL

Mr. Rosenthal leads the Firm’s Real Estate and Development, Condominium, Corporate, and Business Transaction practice areas. He is a Florida Board Certified Real Estate Attorney, and has served on the Real Estate Certification Committee of the Florida Bar. Over the years, Mr. Rosenthal has handled many complex commercial real estate transactions, including land acquisition and the development of condominium projects from raw land through the end closings with residential purchasers. In the corporate and business practice, Mr. Rosenthal has structured a wide variety of corporate transactions, resulting in successful acquisitions of businesses for the firm’s clients, and financing relating thereto, as well as successful sales. Mr. Rosenthal’s philosophy is that he is here to “make the deal, not break the deal”.

Among his various civic contributions, Mr. Rosenthal has served as Chairman of the Miami-Dade County Commission on Ethics and Public Trust since 1998. He has spent countless hours leading this organization in its various quasi-judicial, educational and public outreach functions. He has also served as a board member and volunteer for numerous other civic and charitable organizations.
