ABOUT ALAN S. ROSENTHAL

Mr. Rosenthal is a Partner with the Firm’s Real Estate and Transactional practices.  While Mr. Rosenthal’s areas of practice are diverse in business and real estate transactions, he specializes in zoning and land use law. Mr. Rosenthal represents large corporate clients before city and municipal zoning boards and at the city commission level.

Mr. Rosenthal’s over half a century of experience representing clients in South Florida has rendered him uniquely qualified in his field, and is acknowledged by many as a leading advocate on behalf of business and development.

Mr. Rosenthal is also a Florida State Certified Mediator and enjoys an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating given to attorneys.
