ABOUT EDUARDO I. RASCO
Eduardo I. Rasco is a founding partner of Rosenthal Rosenthal Rasco and heads up the Firm’s Litigation Department.
He handles complex litigation in State Court and Federal District Court representing financial institutions, real estate developers, investors, real estate brokers, shareholders, partnerships, corporations, and other businesses interests before, during and after a lawsuit is filed. Mr. Rasco has litigated cases throughout the country at the trial and appellate level.
Mr. Rasco’s “hands on” approach and business acumen are key factors in achieving the business objectives of clients who face acrimonious litigation. His prior experience as an accountant gives him a unique perspective when reviewing complex tax or financial transactions from a litigation point of view. Mr. Rasco also has vast experience in probate litigation, will contests, and trust litigation.
Mr. Rasco enjoys an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating given to attorneys for professional excellence and is recognized on the Florida Super Lawyers list as a Top Rated Business Litigation Attorney. He earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
