Heather A. Scott, Attorney At Law, Partner

Ms. Scott is a partner with the Firm’s Real Estate department. Her practice focuses on condominium law, real estate development, residential and commercial real estate transactions, contracts, and leases. Ms. Scott has assisted numerous condominium developers with the preparation of condominium governing documents and related Florida and federal filings.

Ms. Scott also handles a variety of business transactions and corporate law work for real estate and corporate clients, including the sale of businesses and creation of Florida and foreign entities.
